Yusuf Bahadır Çelik is an architecture and design practice based in Ä°zmir, working across architecture, interiors, identity, and editorial design since 2020.
RESUME
Yusuf Bahadır Çelik, born in Izmir, graduated from the Department of Architecture at Bursa Technical University in 2023. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience through internships at leading firms including Folkart, ErginoÄŸlu & Çalışlar Architects, and Studio Evren BaÅŸbuÄŸ Architects, while actively participating in architectural competitions to further refine his skills.
Since 2025, he has been expanding his expertise in Visual Communication Design at Anadolu University.
In 2020, he founded ArchEvents, a platform dedicated to exploring, sharing, and enhancing the flow of information about events in architecture, urbanism, and design, where he continues to serve as executive director.
Following graduation, he joined Studio Evren BaÅŸbuÄŸ Architects in Izmir as an architect, while simultaneously pursuing his passion for brand identity and graphic design through his creative venture, YBC Studio.
APPROACH
I believe in a clear and thoughtful design process where ideas grow from the project itself. Each decision is guided by reason, dialogue, and context rather than personal preference.
My approach combines architectural thinking with visual design, aiming for solutions that are both functional and meaningful. Instead of a fixed style, I adapt to the unique criteria of each project — always grounded in clarity, balance, and timeless design principles.
